      I believe since NY & NJ both have state income tax laws (& you work in one & live in the other), you will have to file a form with each state. I worked in Mo. & lived in Il. & I had to file a form to both Mo. & Il. plus, of course, the federal form. You might, if you wish, call the IRS, H&R Block or some such facility & verify this information.
